This beautiful, newly built villa comprises 4
apartments, two of which are available to rent.
They are situated in the village of Toparlar,
just outside the town of Koycegiz. If you
really want to get away from it all, then this
is the place for you- The Oleander Apartments
are 2km from the nearest main road, shops and
bakery.
The local residents continue to live in
traditional ways and you will see many
neighbourhood goats along the lane to the
property!
However, if you do wish to explore the local
area, car hire recommended.
The apartments are completely self contained and
are comfortably and tastefully furnished. Both
have an entrance hall leading into an open plan
lounge and fully equipped kitchen. The floor to
ceiling windows open onto a large balcony
overlooking the pool, with bamboo outdoor
furniture for alfresco dining.
There are 2 air-conditioned bedrooms (1
double, 1 twin) containing locally made
furniture. The double bedroom has a small
balcony with wonderful views of the
mountains.
